In my piece on Rene Carayol, I did write that he is now "the most
influential person in British publishing", and this fact is even
acknowledged by the Guardian Newspaper, which is a well respected broadsheet
newspaper here in the UK.

Well, the sentence you have read as follows:..."Rene is now the most
influential BLACK person in British publishing.....

The word BLACK was missing in my earlier piece.
