I thought that this new book by Dr. Omar Touray, a Gambian diplomat now
serving in Belgium, may interest some of you.  It is a good and an
important book and one that should be red by Gambians and friends of The
Gambia and others interested in the politics of small states.

I also request that the PRESS in The Gambia bring this book to the
attention of their readers.  Also, Dr. Touray must be commended and
congratulated on the publication of his book and for a job well done.

Dr. Touray was born in Farafenni and received a Ph.D. in International
Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies,
University of Geneva.  Thanks.
