G-Lers and Africans at large,

If President Chiluba sticks to his words (according to the story quoted by
PANA News) come 2001 to bequeath the Presidency as stipulated in the
Constitution of the land without altering any clauses to necessitated a third
term for him or any ensuing Head of State for that matter; then this noble
gesture of his should serve as both an eye opener and a huge lesson for other
over zealous African Leaders to learn from albeit, power is tempting but
stitch in time saves nine, they say.

Therefore, to him we say thumbs-up and wish him all the success he deserves
in his final term of office.
