Sister Jabou,
At first glance I believed this message. Although my good friend is not
in the business of "Empowering Youth to Fight > Racism, HIV/AIDS,
Poverty and Lack of Education". him being a frequent conference goer, I
found it plausible. However, a second and third read revealed a few issues:
-We in Africa do not say we "traveling to Africa"
-My good friend would be pretty desperate to pass the contingent of
Gambians in Nigeria - The Gambian High Commissioner/ECOWAS folks to send
me such an SOS message
-I never liked this of "jell bouki sool bouki" thing particularly over
Money Gram or Western Union.
-nonetheless I found it to be pretty credible enough to ask him to name
me two people, him and I know. I was disappointed when he did not name
H.E. the good Dr. :-)
