Mr. Jallow,

Thanks for sharing this very informative piece.  Despite its lenghtiness, I have 
read it all.

It is amazing how immigration reforms are changing with serious economic 
hardships to foreigners these days , albeit the fact that nations must have 
their laws as they say see fit.

As always, I  personally look forward to reading your postings and hope to see 
more like this  coming.
