Reshuffle In The Service 

According to reliable sources, there has been a reshuffle in the service. 

Pa Jallow, Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Interior has now moved to Foreign Affairs, Fatou Jaye Jallow who was Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Foreign Affairs is now  the Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Tourism and Culture where she replaces Omar Njie whose contract has ended. 

Therese Drammeh who was recently appointed Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Local Government and Lands moves to Health to replace Mam Njie whose services were reportedly terminated last week. 

Yusupha Dibba Permanent Secretary at the PMO moves to Local Government and Lands. 

Yaya Sirreh Jallow has been appointed acting Permanent Secretary PMO; Rueben Phillot was also appointed acting Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for the Interior. 

Kebba Ceesay who was Commissioner at Western Division is the new NIA boss; he replaces Mounirou Darboe redeployed at the Gambia High Commission in Freetown as Consul. 

E.K. Sarr who served earlier as Commissioner in Basse has been reappointed Commissioner at Western Division. 

Sheriff Faburay who was deputy director of Immigration has now been promoted as the new Immigration boss; he replaces Nai Ceesay who was recently appointed Secretary of State for Local Government and Lands following the sudden sacking of the former holder of the post, Lamin Kaba Bajo
