I think the Yahoo group is also valid option.

However, I still think Mr. Jaiteh's suggestion need to be explored just so
that we can explore other options.

From the little I learnt in my Internet Business foundations class
pertaining to list servers and listserve groups, we might want to also check
LISTSERV  which is product of L-soft at (www.lsoft.com).

Another Listserver is Majordomo at (www.greatcircle.com/majordomo) and this
one like Yahoo is also a freeware.

We can definitely start the committee if the Yahoo suggestion is not
sufficient. My suggestion is to have something that we have control over.
