Joe, 

I am seconding your proposal to support Mr. Waa Juwara's family in these trying times. But I also think, since Mr. Juwara's struggle is not personal, and because he is leader of a political party, it is up to the officials of NDAM to decide how people wishing to offer support should proceed.
