Mr. Jow,

I absolutely agree with you on this one.   One could  reasonably think that
she is trying to dictate the agenda.

I am a believer of multiple task management.  The constitution is  equally
important  as the   Gambian people in the
remote villages somewhere  suffering and wanting water pump or solar
system.

It sounds as if she is advocating a decree on amendmends.
