In this edition;
1. Justice officials consider the contours of money-laundering and 
finance of terrorism. (I hope there are no Nigerian mercenary justices 
at this convention.

2. Customs and Excise Convention.

4. Health, Malnutrition in ages 5 and under. Health synthesis and 
coordination nationwide. Nutritional supplements for the malnourished. 
UNICEF-Mali partnership. Potable water; An EU-UNESCO assistance effort. 
mali Chamber of Commerce seeks partnership with Brazil on Air and 
Maritime transport and medicine. Gift of Books and Medicine to Mali 
Children's Foundation.

5. Biennial Art and Culture Expo in Sikasso. A Sikasso-Mali 50 
partnership. Memorial for martyrs of Black Friday 22nd March 1991, 
Democracy's sojourn. mali National Youth Parliament convenes, an 
investment in Mali democracy. Bamako Tennis Open - Prize Money 
Tournament - Mali/Burkina Faso exhibition. ATT returns from visit to 
Libya - more on this in another edition.
