This are among other issues that should be addressed properly or to
undergo kinds of research on the courses of mismanagement of
these viable resources. To humbly put it, I think it will be
difficult making things right without knowing thier courses, such as WHY
ARE THESE PEOPLE DISMISSED? IF CORRUPTION AND MISUSING PUBLIC FUNDS, WHY
ARE THEY NOT TAKING THEM TO COURT TO PROVE IT? SECONDLY WHY SHOULD THE
VICTIMS FIGHT TO SEE THAT LAW PREVAILS? LIKE OUR BELOVED STUDENTS DID TO
GET THIER VOICES HEARD.

Man power is very important and should be taking seriously for the benefit
of
the nation at large.on the other hand, people who are implementing these
resources should should use them wisely and realise the fact that they are
working for the people. It is true no one in this government is completely
free from corruption and mis-using public funds, but their days are
numbered.

Their is no government in this world without corruption and mis-management
of some kind but in a way that will not damage your entire repetition as
well as the entire country's.MY QUESTION HERE IS, WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO
PEOPLE MISUSING PUBLIC FUNDS? Should they be retained at their jobs untill
the amount is recovered from their salaries, or dismissing them rightaway
with court case awaiting them?

I AM JUST PUTTING MY IDEAS IN THIS REGARDS NOT TO CHALLENGE ANYBODY.FOR
THE BENEFIT OF OUR BELOVED GAMBIA AND AS A GAMBIAN IN HEART,I FUND THIS
INTERESTING TO CONTRIBUTE WITH MY HUMBLE COMMANDS OF THIS BORROWED
LANGUAGE THAT I AM NOT PROUD OF USING.
