Ousman,

The war is not being waged for the sake of Saddam's victims either because
those victims were killed with chemical and biological agents supplied by the
U.S ro help Saddam win the war against Iran as has already been socumented.

As for France and Germany being against the war for their own financial
interests, why do you suppose the U.S wants to go to war with Iraq?
