A forum of discussion could only produce tangible results when OBJECTIVITY
and SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY become the order of the day, otherwise turmoil,
misrepresentation and lack of truth telling tend to overshadow the
fundamental purpose of a forum. Objectivity and Sense of Responsibility mean
that TWO opposing views prevail in a forum of discussion, but more
paramount, each of those opposing views should be based on TRUTH,
OBJECTIVITY and RESPONSIBILITY, but neither of the opposing views in a forum
should base its opposition on FALSE premises or on sheer STRATEGY of
DEVIATION or DECEPTION, which is strictly intended to create havoc or
division within a forum.

Coming back to my earlier writing on the TOMBONG'S DALASI story, my point of
contention is whether TOMBONG was merely installing the Independence
Newspapers' story on the RATIONAL DECISION MAKING on the part of Senegalese
Farmers on the L forum for mainly Information or was he just INSINUATING to
us that PRESIDENT JAMMEH'S SHREWD ECONOMIC POLICY has now yielded a
dividend? I do not think that my concern in this issue demonstrates deep
ati-Jammeh sentiments, but rather expressing my desire to see sound,
truthful and responsible discussions prevailing on the L forum, period.

Beside, it was TOMBONG himself who opted for the DISCUSSION of ISSUES; but
instead of answering series of crucial questions posed onto him in the past
week, he dodged and instead, he is now sending us DEVIATIONIST topics of
discussion, just to avoid answering those crucial questions posed to him
earlier on. Therefore, in order to encourage honest, truthful, Responsible
and Objective discussion on the L forum, we expect the other side of the
Isle to do the same.
