Hi Njar,
All mailing lists I am a member of have the "REPLT-TO" set to the LIST. Gambia-l also has this configuration since 1996 and personally, I don't see it as a problem. Nevertheless, Listmanagement will discuss your suggestion. 

Perhaps this configuration could be made clear in the message to all new subscribers if it is already not there.
