I wished an e-mail had been set to Gambians who came to Howard University,
only to find out that there was no meeting.  If the venue had been changed,
the organizers of the meeting should have left a note at the library.  This
has caused a lot of disappointment.

Please remember that some people left a day or two before your last posting
on the change of  venue.
