Africans in general, are one people, share(d) a belief system  premised on
the acceptance of one supreme being, harmony with the ancestors (not ancestor
worship) and the environment before these imported religions (Christianity
and Islam) divided us.  Any religion or a limited interpretation of the
Koran/Bible  that divides us as a people does not work in our interest as a
people.  After all, both religions  and their forms of colonialism sought to
destroy everything African.  "Is religion the opiate of the masses?
