Your above statement exactly echoes my sentiments on Gassa's idea that the 
present regime shattered the concept that we depend on foreign aid.  It was 
one of those wild & ill thought out statements that made me rub my eyes, look 
at the piece again and wonder if the long day at work had started to take a 
toll on my sanity.  After I convinced myself that I wasn't hallucinating, I 
started to respond but half way through my piece, I realized that even this 
would be an utter waste of my time..

Again, thanks for your piece which IMO sets the record clear as it concerns 
Gassa's spiel
