Affirmative action will be on the ballots this November and only about 15% of African Americans are aware of this.   The other piece of most important information is that it is a vote in which "NO" means "YES" for us.   Voting "No" on the ballot will keep affirmative action in effect. The proposal lists the affirmative action guidelines and then asks if these guidelines should be eliminated.  If we say "yes" then we're voting to eliminate affirmative action.  Tricky, but they're banking on us not reading carefully.
 
Spread the word and don't be confused.  Vote "No".
