You are stupid and confused......dont be panic yet because you will pay for the price.All what you said is just lies.That Barrow was a cook and promoted to the rank of lieutenant by the council members.You must be out of your mind.Barrow was an officer well before July 22nd 1994 and as a matter of fact was a Motor Transport Officer not a cook ...fool.Dont be panic yet.Trust me that this tyrant and who ever supports him will dance to the tune of their own music.
