CAPTAIN MENDY IN DEFIANCE! WHERE  IS THE RULE OF LAW - STATE GUARD VERSUS
IGP!
Sometimes if one does not read between the lines it becomes difficult to
see how the daily observer uses items and titles that are not!!!newsworthy
to cover the stinking mess!
Only Captain Mendy's reaction at the Police post at Kanifing should have
been enough to be a lead story for weeks! What about if Ousainou Darboe did
that?! Or if it were Halifa Sallah?
Leadership sends patterns that it's wings copy and utilise.Captain Mendy
and team are the ones who mad Yahya uses when he wants to send a mansaya
syndrome out of the state house,right? Captain has mastered the art and
used it very well. What if Mrs Mendy was being taught at home that,law
rules and not power? Certainly she would have resorted to respecting the
poor police officers who were standing under the hot sun! Wrong or right at
least Captain should not have attracted a large crowd when he was
forcefully pulling his uninsured car out of the police station!
Ok?! Captain has been near the mad Kanilai Mansa for years now and who
knows why Captain sees his wife's case as blatant yabatey? He has been
seeing others who are below him in terms of rank,influence and maybe
bravery or madness! do worse things and then get away with it.Why not Capi
the strong giant with a raging temper? The notion of policemen being naive
and weak before the soldiers has always been there from 1982 when the
Gambia started establishing the gendarmerie.Then when the British BATT1 and
BATT2 came things became worse.For those soldiers who were seeing the big
mouths talking big at Yundum they thought that gendarmes also were French
Kids who had no hard bush training(laugh).Now when mad Yahya saw the police
being amalgamated he sneaked into the army and did his usual hypocritical
moves.He went to the army and then seduced the senior officers,therefore
headed the miltary police.Mad Yahya attracts the attention of people who
see him for the first time so he hamme! red the army offciers with that
notion.That is, him being a learned gendarme who knew the criminal
code.Liar!!!!!!!! Alassan Kuyateh,Kaba Bajo,myself and others used to beat
him in all exams at the  Gendarmerie Training School and he knows that.That
is why he fired Kuyateh from the police force accusing him of being UDP!
That was a lie!
When he shamelessly turned a military maneovre to a coup d'etat because
Jawara left the palace like a traveller,he then entered as a so-called
young LT-and chairman of the Armed Gangstas  and Ruling Cats!! He swept all
those who knew his wicknesses or sent some to mile two or elsewhere.
Mad Yahya brought more division within the forces in The Gambia.His
division was based on three dangerous dimensions.Tribalism,wickedness and
banditry.There are three layers within the forces now. The tribal card,the
wicked ones and the bandits.OPTV will not even delve on that one because
Gambians are looking at it point blank!

How can the IGP continue  policing through the rule of law under such
circumstances?
13 Badjie knows very well that Captain Pierre Mendy cannot be disciplined
by Baboucarr Jatta.Mendy and team are the ones who arrest service chiefs
when mad Yahya distrusts them.Mendy certainly does not! care about Jatta
and Badjie when it comes to killing,arresting and being angry for the sake
of Yahya Jammeh.
Mendy and team are the strong men of the so-called Republican Guard.These
are the people who escort mad Yahya and will hit anyone who attempts
getting closer to their noisy escorts.These were the people who killed the
Lebanese who died after being hit by the Humvee of Kanilai.An old Humvee
that Baba Sisoho bought for Mad Yahya.These were the people who beat a Taxi
driver from Bundung to death,the list goes on and on.I would advise 13
Badjie to be very very careful because he has already gone through two
layers.Next he may meet mad Yahya's matchet.
He apologised to Darboe after the police mistakingly raided the poor
lawyer's office for no reason.Yahya would obviously hate to hear Badjie
aplogise to a man like Ousainou Darboe!!!He is now pointing a finger at one
of those who mad Yahya uses to protect his warambas.
OPTV sees through the furture when it concerns mad Yahya's whims and
caprices, very easily.
These forces back home should have been one and only one.However,when a
sheep that is darker than the rest leads.what should we expect other than
rudeness and madness?
We cannot let go things like what Captain Mendy did, in a civilised society
where law rules! No!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ofcourse Mendy and team are copying from
their boss.Can you imagine if a police or customs officer had to delay
Zeinab's protocol not to talk about her! What do you think would have
happened?!!!!!!!!! The same thing Ebou Jallow said here when Singhatey
wanted to skin Tombong alive after a simple argument between the latter and
his wife!
What the hell is going on now?
Wives,husbands,maids,kids,drivers,cleaners,gardeners,and visiting berbers
all above the law?!!!!!!!!! just because they are small or big branches
connected to the acidic trunk?!!!
Manlafy Sanyang accused of selling state house cars and then transfered?
Abdoulie Kujabi accused of being part of the diamond saga because of inept
managerial skills and then transfered?
Famara Jatta was SOS Finance and our dalasi was going down the drainage
system,and then transfered? Baba Jobe mentions some cronies,they are being
saved and others sent away?
Tarik Musa expelled and his partners in crime were able to pay! what they
had already spent?!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wullinding stole big generators and then was fined D1000.00 dalasis only?
Manlafy Jarju was accused by Wullinding for caging their salaries and that
has been pushed under the rugs?
State house guards were openly sent to Mile two for stealing spare parts
but now things are mute?
Muhammed Jammeh was arrested in Libya for being in possession of gold
bars,declared persona non grata but is still happily rejoicing at home?
Waa Juwara sentenced to six months for calling Gambians to exercise their
legal and poltical rights?
Dumo Sarho and others still in jail without any concrete evidence and Yahya
is still a democrat?
Armitage High School is back to the medeaval ages and Yahya is an architect
of a modern African state?
Animals receiving a cargo plane full of animal food stuff all the way from
Durban South Africa and Gambians(humanbeings!!!!!!) are buying a bag of
rice at D650.00?
State House's fuel dump swells and issues coupons to girl friends going to
the 6th form when citizens are lining for a whole day to buy one liter?
In all this Yahya is a Pan Africanist who has The country at
heart?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well Well when the war starts it will be bitter and bloody no doubts about
that.
