Folks,
Regret to announce the death of Max Njie commonly
known as (governor)which sad event occurred yesterday
.Max was an active sportsman who played football for
Gambia United and the national team in the late 60!s .
He served as a referee for many years before becoming
one of the officials of one of Bakau!s teams. Max was
a friendly and down to earth persons who had many
friends .He Will be missed by all of us who knew him
so well . Our condolence to the entire Njie family of
Clarkson street and all friends . May his soul rest in
perfect peace .
