You are absolutely right.  The Internet is riddled with Gambian "Paper Tiger
Reactionaries" who use their academic credentials as some kind of symbolic
power to intimidate those weak minds who cannot think for
themselves...Progressive intellectuals are not afraid to join the most open
societies like the G-l and G-Post, and present their ideas before the whole
world and defend their positions without any pretense.  Progressives, unlike
the Paper Tiger Reactionaries, practice democracy by rational argumentation
in order to find alternative solutions that have the potential to emancipate
our Gambian society from all kinds of oppression.  Progressives encourage an
open society where every rational adult has something meaningful to say in
the public space without being "talked down" by an arrogant Paper Tiger
Reactionary PhD.  Progressives don't just talk the talk of democracy and
rights...they live it and defend their convictions before any audience.
