Perhaps because we are not in the same language sphere with our 
Francophone brethren in Senghor’s Senegal we are less privileged to 
cultivate emotions that are similar to how some people feel about their 
favourite politicians and those they love to hate.

Moses became the leader of Israel at the age of 80 (eighty). He led the 
children of Israel for forty years. 

I also do not like his moustache. It unpleasantly reminds me of someone. 
At the age of eighty three and with inflation at 1,700 %, Mugabe would 
like to extend his leadership for another two and a half years.
