Thanks for the clarification.

 I for one, have nothing to gain from being critical of what I deem as an
unjust evil which has befallen the people of our country. I have never been
involved in active politics and by extension, I have never been a die hard
supporter of the PPP or any other party for that matter.  This is a common
misconception which was and is still being spread by Jammeh sycophants on
this list.

This is not about self interest or fringe groups, but more about standing up
for what is right or wrong.  Maybe this is the underlying reason behind your
sudden about turn; ie that you do not want to be associated with any fringe
group.  This however should not be the case.  If like you said, you truly are
concerned about the real truth as it concerns Africa and Gambia, you should
have no concerns about being pigeon-holed into a particular category or group.

I hope you continue with the great job of forwarding postings for all to
consume and interpret objectively.
