Yes, Ebou Jallow has used this very address on the list many times before, so it is nobody but him.
The guy has some issues. He has also been using this one as well as other addresses and copying me to more ridiculous email messages that he is sending privately to a few other addresses including mine although I suspect that some of those he copies in those messages are accomplices of his.
These are the kinds of deranged minds we have in our government today and they do demonstrate it for the whole World to see.
