Singing a few songs may be the perfect accompaniment
to a healthy lifestyle.

In one study, participating in a choral group proved to be
a big boon to emotional well-being. Singing in the group
produced positive feelings and left group members spiritually
uplifted. If public forums aren't your gig, reap the health
rewards of singing by crooning tunes in the shower or in
your car.

RealAge Benefit: Taking care of your emotional health and
well-being can make your RealAge up to 16 years younger.
Singing, especially with instruction, also may confer physical
health benefits, such as improved posture and proper breathing
habits.

Cheers!
