Bonjour Ebrahim,

>>Ebrima,
>>
>>Yes, Cheyassin has been "kicked out of Office" to borrow the phrase you
>>once used over the BBC to describe the dismissal of Musa Bittaye from his
>>post of Attorney General. My advice to Cheyassin is that he better leaves
>>town fast or else the people may mob him on the streets because of his
>>outright criminality and lies. Yahya was finished with him since he
>>(secka)
>>came from London/Geneva last year where he led the Gambian delegation that
>>settled the Alimenta problem. And Joseph Joof has really let us all down
>>by
>>accepting this post. KB is damn right: Joseph Joof is a brother-in-law to
>>Hawa Sisay-Sabally, former Attorney General. In fact Joseph and Hawa were
>>sharing Chamber; but I will tell you that Joseph Joof's dismissal letter
>>is
>>already written by Yahya Jammeh, so he better take note of that. Ebrima, I
>>don't know what is wrong with some of these Gambians. Why would they

>>jobs from the butcher when they know what his true colour is? Joseph Joof,
>>you've let us down, but Yahya will soon be finished with you. I thought
>>you
>>were a man of conscience and principles when you are not. I will leave KB
>>and Ebrima to deal with you later.
>>
>>Ebrima, I sent you a posting some time ago telling you that Yahya intended
>>to deport Bishop Michael Clearly from the Gambia after the Bishop publicly
>>expressed serious concerned over the repression in the Gambia under Jammeh
>>but you witheld it. Yahya only stopped the expulsion of the Bishop after
>>some elders had "begged" him. I know you are not comfortably with
>>forwarding religious postings but you should have forwarded that e-mail to
>>the L so that Joseph Joof would have known what Jammeh planned to do with
>>Bishop Clearly. If Yahya doesn't even have any respect for our religious
>>leaders, do you think he will care about Joseph Joof's fate in the future?
>>
>>Yahya is also looking for replacements for Sarjo Jallow, Musa Sillah and
>>Edward Singhateh, yes Edward Singhateh, I say. Yahya doesn't like Edward
>>anymore because he thinks that Edward and Mama Kinsa Jawara are having
>>something. On the other Edward also thinks that Yahya is having an
>>intimate
>>relationship with Yahya. Yahya never travels overseas without Mama Kinsa
>>Jawara. He even planned to make Mama Kinsa the next Secertary General and
>>Head of the Civil Service which I disclosed in an earlier mail. And Guess
>>what, Sam Sarr, who was involved in the Crude Oil saga, has also gone
>>"missing". After he was refused entry to Dakar because of his involvement
>>in the killing of Lawyer Babacar Saye, he gave an interview over the radio
>>when he got back to the Gambia and he was not seen after the interview.
>>One
>>of my contacts at the NIA confirmed that Sam Sarr was detained at the NIA
>>because of certain remarks he made on his radio interview. Dr Abass Bundu,
>>the former Exceutive Secretary of ECOWAS has also run into hot waters with
>>the regime. You know Bundu is now based in the Gambia doing business and
>>consultancy. More on that and Sam Sarr later.
