Congratulations! This is no small feat and we will disregard your
humility on this great achievement. Wishing you all the best in your
future endeavors. Phd. or no Phd. you have done us proud in
uncountable ways and this is the perfect way to formalize the obvious.
Thank you for being a sincere, resolute and dedicated brother for the
common weal.

Extend my sincere congratulations to the family for helping you
through this one.
