On the US presidential elections, I guess I should alert O. B. Sillah that I
am ready to concede even before it is over, given that as at now Florida,
Michigan and Illinois have gone to Gore's column, according to CNN's exit
polls. G.W. has his work cut out for him.

After a long and heated debate/discussion last Sunday amongst members of the
Movement regarding today's US presidential elections...Gore vs. Bush or
Nader, we, Gambians eligible to vote, reached a consensus on going for Gore.
As Gambia prepares for its Presidential Elections next year, those of us
residing in the US, especially those with dual citizenship, must put our
heads together, to lobby and or influence the next US President, AL GORE
[CRYSTAL BALL TELEPATHY] and our next Senator, Hillary Clinton, to follow
Bill Clinton's footstep concerning Gambia and related issues of concern to
Gambia and Africa.
Let's keep our hopes high.
