How are you? I just want to confirm your statement. You are absolutely right. The Senate is out of session from June 29th to July 9th. They will be back for three weeks and then out from August 3rd to September 4th.

The new appointee is currently serving in Ivory Coast and his confirmation will be schedule between September 4th and October 4th. October 5th is the Senate target adjournment for the year.
