This case have been dragging on for far too long, it is about time something
is done to ensure the continued respectability of the judicial institutions.
It is absolutely incomprehensible for the judges to keep coming up with
excuses anytime the case comes before them. The continued delay is no longer
acceptable, something tangible and substantial should happen, otherwise
people may lose faith in the courts. If it is the case that there is
external inerference, the judges should inform the public and resign, justice
cannot continue to be dealyed, for justice delayed is worst than justice
denied.
