Whereas it is true that some poor folks in Kuntaur Fulla Kunda and
elsewhere paid for lines that they never got, it is untrue that the
equipment meant for them was diverted to Kanilai. Instead it was diverted
to Bwiam to equip the hospital.

Since then, Gamtel porposed a package to most who've been affected one way
or the other and most accepted our proposal. Perhaps you should seek an
update.
