organization is seeking two Project
Managers/Technical
Advisors for a small enterprise development

project in Quelimane and Beira, Mozambique.
CRESCE is
a pioneering microfinance program entering a five
year
phase of expansion to achieve financial and
institutional sustainability.  Requirements:
University degree in finance, economics or
equivalent,
minimum of five years professional work
experience in
microfinance with demonstrated skills in
management,
staff training, program design, and monitoring and
evaluation. Professional experience should include
quantitative analysis of financial performance and
preparation of significant narrative reports for
donors. Strong computer and quantitative finance
skills, and ability to design and provide analysis of
microfinance programs. Fluency in English and
Spanish
or

(Small
Economic Activity Development) Coordinator to be
based
in Accra, Ghana.  This individual is responsible for
the development of the overall sector strategy, as
well as the design, technical implementation, and
management of CARE's economic sector projects
in Togo,
Ghana and Benin.  Requirements: Master's degree
in
economics or a related discipline, 5 years proven
SEAD
project management experience in Africa,
successful
experience in SEAD project design and monitoring
and
evaluation, fluent spoken French and English, plus
strong writing skills.  Salary range is $42,000 -
