After some six weeks of bureaucracy, my book has now been included on the International Standard Book Number (ISB) and the German "VLB- Verzeichnis Lieferbarer Bücher" (directory of deliverable books) databases.

The official letter from the German-ISBN Office in Frankfurt am Main was delivered yesterday. Now bookstores and libraries that are connected to the worldwide ISBN network can update their systems for the book to be reflected on their lists.

The official ISBN of "The Africans: A Triple Uselessness" is henceforth: "ISBN 978-3-00-036944-5." Now the printing press can proceed.

The main website of the book will be updated by the end of next week with details on how to order copies.

On the issue of my films (Backfire, Adah, etc), home consumers will have the chance to get their DVD copies at the end of the selected festival screening tour in 2012. I am not like be-rich-quick Nigerians who rush to the markets with their movies for quick bucks.

Oh the busy life of a filmmaker and creative vagabond can be crazy.

Hey you anti Jammeh folks, if you ran out of ideas do not forget to copies of my book to "vitamize" your brain cells.
