Thanks for the response and clarification that the equipment was diverted to Bwiam and not Kanilai. I would think that some other equipment was planned for Bwiam from the initial stage. What happened to that equipment meant for Bwiam Hospital?

Those I know did not get any new proposed package apart from the information that they have to wait. I am sure they would say yes if they were offered another solution. I am sure the only thing they are interested is a phone line that they had paid for.
