THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE CONSTITUENCY DELEGATES CONGRESS:

a)-Deliberate on the report of the divisional campaign committee.

b) To recommend the above to the NEC for the national assembly elections(as
far as APRC NACs are concerned).

c) To be responsible for the selection and presentation of a candidate for
the endorsement of the NEC.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTITUENCY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:

a) Receive all applications from prospective applicants

b) Caution all applicants to ensure compliance with stipulated guidelines

c) Submit list of applicants to constituency delegate congress

The chairman of the constituency committee shall ensure that all payments
are collected from prospective applicants for payment to the National
Congress Committee

d) The chairman of the constituency Executive committee will chair the
constituency delegate congress.


So far these are the strategies at hand...As soon as there new ones are

and indeed criticisms.
