Momodou,

I did receive your appeal and i'm very happy about it. This off course shows that only a few are constantly on line with some kind of 'messiah' feelings against an imaginery prey( unfortunately they CHOSE THE CURRENT GVT.IN THE GAMBIA).Without doubt a lot more other intelligent people wrote similar messages to me(some names i'll withhold because our opponents on line maybe shocked) and its obvious that the next thing is:those pseudo-Democrats on line will sneak and destroy them at the INS or the British for deportation.

Some Jammeh supporters have already suffered from such extrimist behaviourism! They will all openly cry wolf but don't believe it! Just watch out!

ESSA BOKARR SEY.

Assalaamu alaikum Amb. Sey

Alhamdulillah and I hope all is well with you and family in Paris. We don't
know each other, but I have been following your few contributions to the
list with interest. I am a Gambian student pursuing an MS degree in
vegetable production in Taiwan.

I was in Amb. Mamburry Njie's office about a month ago and we shared our
thoughts about some of the exchanges that you had with folks online. I told
him I will send you an appeal to not get entangled with people who take
delight in publicly hurling insults at others. I think the dignity that goes
with you as a person and your position will be tarnished if you allow
yourself to be dragged to that alley.

Please, give them a deaf ear and Allah will be with you. Innallaha ma'a
saabireen. I had my share of it last year and Alhamdulillah, I just gave
them a deaf ear and continued my contributions. When the list owner decided
to ban me from posting religious sermons, I got an overwhelming support and
praise for my conduct, for which I am thankful to Allah. I knew that was not
from me but Allah. Even Christians came to my defence. So 'dega dega dega'
Innalaha ma'a sabireen (Allah is with the patient).

I was very happy when your friend Jawara mentioned calling and found you in
prayers. Alhamdulillah, please again I beg you to not follow up another
exchange with the one just did, but only in a milder manner. May Allah help
all of us and protect us from fitnah and its ill-effects.

Allahumma salli wasallim ala Nabiyyina Muhammad. Wasalaam.

Modou Mbye
