Dear Mr Coker,
Thank you for your concern about the death of a great
statesman in the person of Ousman Koro Ceesay and your concern for justice
with regards to this case. However i am not at this point trying to defend SOS
Touray on Koro's death nor trying to refute the factt that he was murdered.

Every Gambian is aware of the ill manner in which Koro met his untimely and
unwarranted death. However i am confused by your posting with reference to
Morri Kebba Jammeh's of December 23rd.

You urged every Gambian who is concerned about Koro's death to read if
possible over and over the last paragraph of Yankuba's press briefing that
was reported by the Daily Observer and culled by MKJammeh and posted to the
list which you claimed contained an interesting revealation that the
Government have for the first time admitted that Koro was murdered. But as
far as i understand the article, nothing was said by SOS Touray that can say
that the government has admitted Koro's death as murder.

I think Mr. Coker that you are confusing the the words of Mr Touray to those
of Morri Kebba. The paragraph that you reproduced and refered Gambians to read
was entirely MKJammeh's opinion and not SOS Touray's words. I hope you will
take note of that.
Good day!
Cordially,
Lamin B.Jammeh,UK
