Mr. Sarr,
I am dying to hear your opinion on this Anan portrait. I would understand of
course if you decline to comment. I have always admired your candour and
your familiarity with the workings of the UN may shed light on Annan's
apparent impotence when it comes to Africa matters.

I don't think there is any excuse for silence when in a position such as UN
secretary General.

I hope you are doing well.
