Yusupha, I have one hard copy which I picked up in Banjul over the weekend. I was also able to watch the broadcast over GRTS last Friday. Let's see if it can be scanned (47 pages + annexes) but I'm informed the doc. will be too large for the average freebee hotmail account size of 3000 kb.
