  Mr. Owens,

I have just been trying to tally figures from Serre-Kunda alone with the
help of a friend.

Total votes cast in SK is 53574 as compared to 60921 for the year 2001.
Since registerd voters for Serre-kunda ought to be much more than the figure
for 2001, there is a drop in votes cast higher than 7347 as suggested by the
figures.
Why would much more than 7000 voters "stay home" in mighty Serre-kunda for
this very crucial election!??

Besides these, there are obvious inconsistencies in results records when
one compares those published by the freedomnewspaper.com and
statehousenews.info. The figures for Serre-kunda West do not tally, for
instance. This perhaps as a result of simple human factor but the opposition
needs to make sure that such is the case everywhere esle. It is scandalous
that the IEC itself has published no figures at its site.

  Sidibeh
