I am very encouraged by the UDP press release condemning the despicable
actions of the illegal regime we have back home and making it known to Yaya
and his cohorts that the opposition is not going to tolerate a lack of
prosecution in this matter. I strongly support calls for Ousman Badgie's
prosecution; albeit by a private prosecutor. This case belongs in the
courts. If the government is not going to punish these bandits, we should
take the law into our own hands.

I was also very please to read, on Gambian newspapers, the several
condemnations coming from human rights activists like Mr. Emmanuel Joof and
Mr. Sillah. Also striking, were views expressed by Hawa Sisay (former AG and
sister-in-law of Joseph Joof). Hawa categorically condemned the government's
rejection of the findings of the commission of inquiry. I hope Hawa will
also ask her brother-in-law to do what is right and ensure that the
criminals that perpetrated the heinous massacre on April 10 and 11, are
punished for their crimes. Our focus should be on the lack of prosecution.
Frankly, I careless about the contents of the commission's report. The
bottom-line is, the criminals have to be brought before a court of law where
they can be punished.

We need concrete steps from Joseph Joof and Yaya. For starters, Ousman
Badgie and all those criminals need to be arrested and incarcerated
forthwith while they wait for their trials before a regular court of law. If
this government (now including Joseph Joof) can justify keeping Dumo et al
in jail one extra minute, they should have no problems jailing the murderers
of our children while they await trial. As I said before, if Joseph Joof
cannot deliver on these issues, he had no businesss accepting the position
of AG. People that see Joseph Joof as a devout catholic and a good lawyer,
do not know Joof. I know a very different Joseph Joof and I will take this
opportunity to warn Joof and his family and friends that this is war and we
do not take prisoners. One wrong move Joof makes, he will hear from us loud
and clear; and nothing is out of bounce.

The opposition should call for civil disobedience against the government
until Yaya decides to do what is right. According to reports from The
Gambia, a cross-section of the society is appalled by Yaya's decision not to
prosecute the vermin that murdered our children. The situation cannot be
more ripe. If the public knows that the opposition leaders are ready to go
all the way, they will rally behind the leaders. Organize a rally and a
march, bus your supporters to banjul and go take over the state house and
capture and jail Ousman Badgie. In due course we will post information on
the List to show you how ill-equipped our army is. People that really know
the army, will expose its weaknesses. Remember how they blew themselves up
when they did not heed Ebou Colly's warnings and attempted to use their
archaic weapons? They cannot withstand a demonstration of even five hundred
adults. If the opposition have five thousand men marching towards the state
house, I can guarantee you that the coward (Yaya) would be peeing his pants.
We must not let an impotent like Yaya emasculate us. The people surrounding
Yaya will not protect him. His closest associates cannot stand him. They are
just a bunch of cowards that do not know what to do if Yaya is removed.

I respectfully urge the opposition back home to come down hard on Yaya and
reject all proposals from Joseph Joof and Yaya if they do not plan to bring
the culprits before a court of law and punish those animals for their
crimes.

I also want to mention here two other stories I came across in Gambian
newspapers. The first involves reports of an NRP candidate crossing over to
APRC and the despicable comments made by the so-called supporters of the NRP
politician and the likes of Buba Baldeh. Buba Baldeh should kiss up to APRC
all he can and enjoy what he is doing while it lasts. This is absolutely his
last chance. When we get rid of Yaya, if Buba Baldeh is lucky (or should I
say unlucky) to get away with his life, let him know that he is going to
spend the rest of his miserable life in jail. What a despicable character?
When we are done with people like Baldeh, they will wish that they never
heard the name Yaya. It is my mission to ensure that all these slime balls
(including Pap Cheyassin Secka) are brought before a court of law, convicted
of their crimes, and have their brains blown out by a firing squad in order
to send a message to other potentially sleazy Gambians. People have to be
accountable for their actions.

That brings me to the other story that reported the corruption that is going
on at NAWEC. Batchi Baldeh should also know that this was his last chance
and he already blew it by accepting a job from Yaya. To make matters worst,
Batchi is now involved in shenanigans with the likes of Amadou Samba. I have
lost what little respect I had for this young man. He has shown that he is
incapable of properly utilizing his good education and talents God gave him.
He just confirmed to us that he is just another prostitute after all. What a
waste? We are documenting all their moves. When the time comes, they will
have nowhere to hide. I wonder what people like Batchi, Amadou Samba, Pap
Cheyassin Secka et al think about when they see the PPP elite rendered
destitute by Yaya and his cohorts. If they have any sense at all, they
should know that no luxury in this world is worth mortgaging your soul to
the Devil. The corrupt people of the ancien regime saw their luxuries
dissipate overnight. Toys they toiled to amass for thirty years, destroyed
by the stroke of a pen or the ruling of a judge. What makes Batchi or Samba
or the present corrupt elite think that they would not suffer the same fate?
What make them think that they also would not be investigated and their
properties seized if they were gotten illegally? One would have thought that
educated men like Batchi, Famara Jatta, Amadou Samba et al will behave
differently from semi-illiterates like Saihou Sabally. Batchi et al at least
have the benefit of hindsight. They saw what happened to the PPP elite.

Yaya is living on borrowed time. When we get rid of him, the people that
greased his treacherous machine, will go down with him. Rest assured of
that.
