Hi Sidi,

I join the rest of the crew in extending my hearty congratulations to you,
the your wife and Fatuma. It always gives me proud to see young Gambian
ladies excelling. I hope your daughter will be an inspiration to all hard
working Gambian ladies. I wish her well in her new appointment with the US
Foreign Service.

To you Sidi, my i use this forum to also congratulate you for successfully
completing your assignment as an executive director with the ADB. You have
been a real role model and an inspiration and served the Gambia and Africa
with distinction in such a demanding position. You have always been
available whenever you are called upon despite your busy schedule. The likes
of you are a rare breed. Thanks for all the publications you made available
to me.

This is cause for double celebration,(so instead of killing one bull as bro.
Katim said, make it two). Congratulations to you and your daughter. God's
riches blessings to your family in all your future endeavours.

cheers
Basil
