Dear list members!
It seems we all experience the same problem.
My family and friends from Germany wonder, why it is so difficult to get
through to me these days. They blame me for being so difficult and so
expensive to reach, hence all previously known claling cards and dial up
numbers seem to be suspended. And on top of all the lines colapse
frequently. My mom is trying to reach me for more than 3 hrs now and no
connection went beyond 2 minutes.
Please if anyone knows about a pre dial code or card provider that works
from Germany these days? I would be very grateful for information.
