Karl,

Yes i am in the opposition camp and no i'm not waiting for the opposition to
decide for us how we interpret the election.What i am doing is
distinguishing between the electoral process ,i.e from the  campaign to
election day,to when the result are out and a winner declared and in this
case, the main opponent conceding to the winner.My point is, if those on the
ground ,contesting the elections ,admitted defeat and not only that ,went on
to declare the process free and fair,
i don't see how effective anyone can be in saying otherwise.This does not in
anyway prevent anyone from analyzing the result and coming up with an
opinion or comment about it.Just like sister Jabou and others detected and
pointed out the over voting in one of the constituencies.
