Ousman,

You're totally right to raise this accountability issue. We still have a
serious problem with what I prefer to call a Vulture culture. Many of the
so-called leaders/organizers of Gambian functions are nothing but con men.
Like vultures, they see their "prey" from afar, and before you can count
1-2-3, the prey is gone. Whether you're talking about Atlanta, or Wash DC,
it's all the same. So, you're absolutely unto something by insisting on
laying down ground rules before you part with your money. I endorse your
sentiments 100%.
