SADAKITA hahlali gonka ( true ) .i hard a brief discussion with a senior civil 
servant yesterday in the mad government of yahya and this guy says '' most 
secretaries of states hardly go to their offices. he said they are always on-call 
to answer to the mad mulla .he can summond any secretary of state any time 
and any how. i asked him ,why do thy endure that fullishness ? he said job 
security and name . he said he spent a couple of hour with yahya last year 
trying to advice him of policy matters . one thing he admit is that yahya thinks 
he love the gambia more than any body would ever be .
he said some times yahya would act and behave very normal ,talk like a 
mature person but other times he will go insane in a split section. i said to 
him ,he is very ok ,his problem is lack respect and arrogance .
how can one spend a life time educating yourself and then becomes a dog to 
a nonentity ? 
the other thing he said was that yahya cannot share glory with any one not 
even his daughter . he is the all be it do gooder. he also said one thing yahya 
enjoys is watching people been humulated ,especailly his enemies. now we 
can say for sure that we have a baby like president who will never grow 
up  .he is trap in a childs brain .he does and say some good things some times 
but he can destroy all those good any minute. so his fanatical supportes need 
to remember that people like yahya are sick ,all the development are trap 
doors for would be supporters . the guy needs help ,medically. he is not a 
fool .this is where many end up in his baba job's hotel .people frequently 
underrate his willingness to cling unto power ,he will do any thing to entranch 
himself.
