Glad you made it to the CI safely. Please try to send the 2003 budget if
you can. Unfortunately the 2003 budget is actually not yet posted contrary
to what I was informed earlier. I understand that it would be on soon but
cannot tell actually when.

I have already informed both lists of this development.
