Hello, Habib, will definitely stock up on the orange juice...  And chicken soup...
    The situation with the cab drivers sort of reminds me of cab drivers refusing to take blind people who use dog guides.  That is also a big problem.  And a lot of the drivers cite religious reasons as why they won't take the people and their dogs...
     It is sad that Africans woudl refuse to take African Americans for fear of being robbed or killed.  However, somehow you have to balance safety with also not discriminating against people...
     And I really don't have any answers as to how to do that...
