Folks, this is a rather strange story culled from the Gambia Daily. I find
it difficult to believe its contents.

The station officer at Kuntaur, Kutubo Saburn, said that on Mr Jallow's
third trip to cut and carry grass the bundle he was carrying apparently
caught fire. He fell down and was burnt to death.
The incident occurred just before 3 pm.
Two fellow villagers, Kebba Manneh and Momodou Sambou, discovered Mr
Jallow's body and informed village elders.
Mali Jallow was married with one wife and three children. His death
shocked villagers, who described him as very active.
